What kind of products can be returned for full refund?
Any undamaged Topmate product may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery to the designated shipping address. However, easy to wear and tear (non-repairable) accessories, such as: fenders, folding buckles, support parts, handle grip and other plastic parts or vulnerable and products with propensity to wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
How to return the products?
When you return ensure that:
- The return includes ALL accessories.
- The refunded item includes the original packing.
- Sufficient proof of purchase like bill or invoice is included.
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are included.
What is the process of refund?
Once the returned item reach Topmate’s warehouse, an inspection is done. Following this a return process is initiated. ALL the criteria pertaining to the return of the products (as explained above) must be met to initiate the return process. Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements.
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. For quality related warranty claims, TopMate refunds the cost of the product itself.
What about the Shipping Cost for return?
For quality related refund issues, TopMate takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. For non-quality refund issues, the buyer assumes the responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. TopMate does not provide any refund for items damaged in transit for non-quality warranty claims.
